Dean Bekker
First-year draughtsman at Miner Construction, building the technical foundation for a career in structural and civil draughting.
Building the fundamentals, properly
I'm a first-year draughting student at Miner Construction, working through a two-year, hands-on training programme that pairs coursework with real technical drawing practice.
Before this, I finished school with 77% in Engineering Graphics & Design — a fair indicator of where my head has always been: technical, precise, and detail-oriented. I've since completed my AutoCAD training and I'm now moving into Advance Steel, building toward structural and civil drafting work.
This site will grow alongside my training. As I complete real project work, it'll show up here.
